I wouldn't go piling boost into an untuned motor, but that's just me. Tune for the boost you can safely run.
Everyone goes 3-port. Removing the restrictor from the stock bleed valve is dodgy.

No, a vacuum actuated valve can't effect idc or ign values in an ecu...however, VTA will cause rich afr momentarily.
