The parts will swap across just fine. I know that JDM Evo's originally had their numberplate offset on the passenger side, whereas NZ new ones...
The forwards mounts are the same, rear mounts are different

have you tried installing windows on one of the drives, then moving the drive to another PC to see if the same issue exists or not?

You can do that easily, there are plenty of 4 stud hubs around NZ. Good luck finding big brakes though!
