Great VR4. Never thrashed. Used only as a tourer between Melbourne and Gympie. When somebody decided to re-arrange the back end of our previous VR4 we scratched around for another and bought this one. The motor was damaged as the owner neglected to have the timing belt serviced. We had the motor rebuilt at a Mitsubishi racing garage in Bayswater (don't remember the name) and have done minimal miles since, only a couple trips between Melb and Gympie. The car is wasted as sits under the house for months without use and as we live down a dirt road we spend hours removing thick dust. We had a rwc check done in Gympie as decided to sell and didn't want to sell a bum car. It requires a new radiator as there is a hairline crack in the plastic top (which we were unaware off), and a rubber drive shaft boot, both fitted under $500. Body is good, normal shopping centre scratches. Paint is good with fading around the widow trims, small patch on the roof and a shopping trolley scrape on the side (as in pics). Interior just about immaculate, air con frigid, everything works. We had a new windscreen fitted a couple of years ago by a mobile crowd. It was raining at the time and obviously they did not dry the struts as a couple patches of rust has appeared (as in pic). Tyres good, genuine tow bar, looks like a modded exhaust but not sure.
