2010 Bonfire

For the past 3 years I have had an annual bonfire for the FTO club (im the Vice President of the club). I thought this coming year, I would open it up to Legnums as well (as I now have one of these as well). We got 20 cars last time (Some from as far as Melbourne - 10hr drive) and have 17 lined up so far for the next one. Date is 10th of April and everyone is welcome. I live on the South Coast about 20 minutes west of Batemans Bay on 11 acres at the bottom of Clyde Mountain. The property is 2.5 kms off the Kings highway. Its an overnight thing (plenty of places for tents). Generally sit around the bonfire and relax (family friendly). I guess at this stage ill just put it up as an EOI based on interest and if people are keen, ill post more details and start to put together a list. For those in the Sydney area, its about a 3 hour drive. These have proved quite popular and a good time is had by all.

If you make a rally track for us to have some fun on, i'd come down. It'd make it worth the drive

Yep, that would be mine as well (they dont have a hatch). Have half of the tray done in checkerplate so far and have done the tailgate. Will hopefully be done by the time the bonfire comes round.

As far as rallying goes, there are 100s of kilometers of state forest and national park just up the road. WE are the 3rd last property on the road, so lots of open space further up. As long as you go a few kms up the road, you wont likely come across anybody

I used to drive to Narooma all the time, so the distance is no problem at all
