Hey Guys how's it going?
Holy crap this car is brilliant! Just bought a Leggy a couple of months ago & despite having got it from JSA, along with a massive headache from dealing with those idiots, I'm over the moon with my purchase.
It's Black, low & mean....I've been told it looks like the car Batman might take the kids to school in, which sounds great to me
Also has a huuuuuuge sunroof that is just magic.
My last car(my first car) was a 1979 VB commodore so you can imagine how freaking happy I am with the Twins under the bonnet!!
about me: I'm a Graphic Designer, about to turn thirty, knew most things about my old car & bugger all about this one. I love music & play in a couple of bands you wouldn't have heard of yet & I'm currently busy as hell working on this in my spare time: www.awalkinthepark.com.au. Oh & the JSA story isn't over, I'll tell it to you sometime......
Now here's a quick question. All I was told when I bought it it was a '98 Legnum VR4 but from what I can tell from the chassis number: E-EC5W-LYGF & the info you guys have compiled its a 'Series 1 VR-4 Type S Auto' & that series 2 started with the '98 model.
So the question is: were there any 'Series 1 VR-4 Type S Auto' built in '98?? or is my car actually from '97??
the VIN is: 6U9000EC5W5??????
Thanks
