Audi Steering Wheel Mod

I came across this on the internet - I want it!

Looks like an Audi TTS steering wheel with custom upholstery on the airbag (and probably the whole wheel).

Anyone seen this before and might know which parts are needed to make it happen? I’m assuming they have taken the clock spring from the Audi and made a Frankenstein version with the factory clock spring, or possibly used Evo X clock spring.

Car is in Europe. Owner posted pics in a FB group and said it was a lot of work to get it all to work.

Yeah it'll be a pleb spec LHD euro car thats had the VR4 cluster put in it.
Seems like way too much effort for the sake of a steering wheel but hey, each to their own
