AYC trouble

hi all,
it seems that my AYC isn't working any more, i would like to fix it but where to begin...
i think it all started after the last service.
if i start the car all is fine but after a couple of meters the red ayc light comes on.
i checked the fluid and that is OK
any thoughts?

Maybe the pump? Wheel speed sensors? Have you done a diagnostic check?

Can you hear the pump trying to prime when you first start driving? It's in the back RHS of the car.

i did an diagnostics and there were a couple of faults on the ABS but there is no ABS warning light on while driving.
on the AYC is was a voltage and electrical failure (code 12 and 83) i checked the fuses and they are both fine.
thing is, when i start the car the AYC bars will work on the first couple of corners but after 500m or so the red warning light comes on.
i do not hear the pump but then again i never have... is it a well recognizable sound? when should i hear it? once the engine is running or even when the keys are on ignition?
