Best Stagea I've seen

That thing is very nice indeed, I would change the colour, but that's it
 
Its that factory or has it been fitted with R34 parts in front
 
Aftermarket, and Not sure if anyone would do a R34 conversion to a propper autech, they are worth a bit as a collectors item
 
If you get it for 30k that's a steal, i was looking at one from Envy Imports around 15 months ago in Syndey. The 34 front will cost you around 10k alone with paint.

The one i was looking at was 40k but was purchased before i could fly down to look at it:(
 
There are a few 260RS's in NZ with R34 front's on them. One makes 420kw ATW :)
 
260rs are nice but i was under the impression they had the r33 running gear, either way, i usually don't like stageas but in this case i would make an exception, i even kinda like the colour, lolz
 
Agreed, hot car. Would get my thumbs up if I saw it on the road for sure :) Hell, if I'd seen that a couple of years ago I might have bought it!

they are based on the 33 driveline, but 34 chassis
 
Awesome looking Stagea, would look better in a different colour though... I almost bought a white one instead of my Legnum but I thought they looked a little too "hearse" like for my tastes.

that's what i meant but i think this particular stagea is all 34 now, lol
 
looks hot but its not an autech!!
im almost certain that the autech didnt come with leather interiour
i could be wrong tho

iv been looking at an autech aswell as the leggy the thing that sold the leggy was the price over priced leggy $22999 compaired to a well over priced autech $37995
 
it says RS FOUR in the title, and it says Autech Replica in the description.

the leather in that car isn't standard anyway, you can tell by the cloth centre console cover, and the cloth door trims.
the 260RS also has it's own special trim, the trim in that car is that of a series 1 stagea, which being 1997 model, it is a series 1.


$37995 for an autech is pretty pricey, i take it thats from a dealer? they can be imported for around $25,000.
i doubt anyone is interested in this particular car, but in the event someone was, the car actually has the wrong centre dash/console...
the auto stag's have a foot activated parking brake, whereas the manual's use a hand brake, so you can see in the interior picture they have cut away the middle part of the dash to fit the shifter and hand brake.. to get all the parts needed to convert it to a series 2 manual, or 260RS dash (series 1 never came as a manual) it will cost you about $2,500....


for the price though, that car is a steal.. RB26, R34 GTR front end and rims, series 2 tail lights, leather interior, ganador mirrors.. all that gear would probably set you back close to 25k by itself.
 
lol, i would buy this over an autech n then i would buy a gear boot to cover the gaping hole in the console, lol, i didn't even notice that until it was mentioned here, i had to go back n look at the pics again, lol, overall i still think this car is pretty nice
