Items and prices:
Full set of Bilstein shocks and springs that came off a Galant - $500 SOLD

Description:
not sure if these came on the car from the factory or if they were an aftermarket install (if you know can you shed some light product code f4-be5-2582-h0 ) These sruts have been great for the year or so that I have owned the car, comfy but yet still able to cancel out most of the body roll and never feeling spongy. Im assuming these would be a great upgrade from the stock struts. I couldn't tell you how many kms have been put on them but worst case it would be 56xxx kms. no knocks or any signs of wear or being broken. all the rubbers are in great condition no cracks at all.

3-step height adjustable too.
These are really great dampers.
I actually had my set rebuilt, pulled out the (brand new) rubbish coilovers and fitted these back in.
That's how much I liked them!

Are they really? How do you go about setting the heights?

There are the slots under the silver spring seats. These slots hold a c-clip. If you compress the springs (or take them off) you'll be able to slide the spring seats up (bit of WD helps) to expose the c-clip, open up the clip and move it down to the lower slots. This lowers the spring seat and therefore the ride height. Looks like your fronts are set to highest position (2 slots visible), can't tell for the rears.
I think the suspension is the same for Leggy's and Galants (my coilovers fitted both) but someone else may be able to confirm.
