Howdy all, names Bryce and im from sunny old QLD

currently drive a yellow 07 VRX Lancer but looking to upgrade/downgrade (whichever way you look at it) to a legnum

The lancer is currently for sale and hopefully wont be long before im in a Legnum

The Legnum i want would be white, leather, sunroof. Not to particular on auto/manual but a manual in my price range would be nice Not sure wether i want a Facelift or pre-facelift, i like the PFL front but the FL Rear

Mods that i would be doing include Coilovers, more Handling goodies, Some Tasteful Jap wheels (SSR or Volk RE30's), FMIC, BOV, Few other things to nudge it over the 200kw ATW figure

Look forward to learning much more about the legnum

Welcome along Bryce, the other QLD'ers are getting together over the weekend of the 13/14th of September. You should come along and say hi, I'm sure someone with a white Legnum with leather and a sunroof (e.g. me ) would let you take their car for a spin to get an idea of how great these cars are!

Check out the East Coast section for the details, but basically it's 1/4 mile fun on Sat night then a cruise on Sunday arvo.

Welcome to the site Bryce Sounds like you want a COTY (Car of the year) edition if you want black leather, the only option that might make it slightly difficult will be the sunroof. Otherwise it's not too hard to find a good example with tan leather either.

Hi Bryce ... The pre-face without leather has a older looking ugly fabric, appart from that the pre is just as sweet (since u want leather that wipes that out).
See if u can get a dash surround and steering wheel to replace the wood grain stuff and your in business.

If you don't mind tan leather you can get facelift or prefacelifts with sunroof's in white. If you really want black leather your only option is buying a COTY edition which is prefacelift only and doesn't have a sunroof (or at least I haven't seen one with a sunroof)

Not too worried about the colour of the leather, hell.. Leather is leather? yeah?

But black would suit the white very nicely, but since you cant get a sunroof.. might just settle for a PFL

If you're ok with tan leather then you'll be pleased to know that they made VR-4's with tan leather from 96 to 2002 and often with the sunroof.

Facelifts are better, brembo's from an EVO bolt straight on and they look a lot better
