Coilover Height Adjustment Tool?

Hey Guys

When I had my s13 I could just lightly tap the bolt things below the spring with a hammer and screwdriver to get them loose enough. I thought I might take afew mm off the legnum height as it has coilovers as well so I tried the same thing and I think its going to damage them by tapping it harder.

So my question is, do suspension places have those C type spanners brand new coil overs come with? might as well pay them to undo them and get an alignment after it as well.

One of the Brisbane guys with Teins should have spanners and be able to meet up with you somewhere.

I have been told the ones you can buy motorbike shops work fine, I will give it a go.

Otherwise, rhdjapan has the tien spanners for ~$50 delivered, ive been meaning to grab a set for my coilovers

usualy when u go to an auto supply store they should have it, which I think should cost u less than the one that has suspension brand name

i bought a pair off WA suspension in perth for $20/pr.

most of them are similar, so see if you can borrow a pair, or buy a pair like i did.

i have 3 sets now, both my new sets of coilovers came with them, so i'll never run out.
