It is good fun, and its not too hard on the car. It's not too serious either, you just park on the grass and line up in the que when its your turn - when you've had enough you just pack up and leave - you can be as competitive as you like. Some come with open wheelers on tailers and don't take off their tyres protective wrapping until the burnout pad (and clean their tyres between runs + change suspension geometry etc), others just bring their street car for a run.
