Dash lights dims when turn on headlights

Hi.
So, all my dash lights gets dimmer, and it makes almost impossible to read clock, when I turn on headlights, or even park lights.

AC control panel also get dimmer.

It is supposed to be that way or..?

Is the dimming knob all the way up?

Yes it is. And it seems to work, as far as I know.

I could just delete it but I think it wont solve my problem?
