David Woodcock has passed on

Afternoon folks,


Just thought I would pass on this information about David Woodcock, a few of you would have met him and his partner Claire out in a Silver Facelift, plates "MANNATECH" at a couple of the cruises. I am not sure what his username here was.


He fought a battle with cancer that he ultimately lost yesterday morning. Fortunately the decline seemed rather rapid, which in the scheme of things, is perhaps better than the alternative.





Fantastically great guy, I got to know him and claire through an ozvr4 cruise, and he subsequently helped me out quite a bit tearing my VR4 wreck and car apart and loaning me an engine crane, trailer, etc! Most recently only about 2 months ago! Bit of a shock even though it was known coming for a little while now.


Will be severely missed by all.
