diagnosis?

hey guys, something weird is happening to my oil temp. i live in bathurst, its cold here, yet only after 10 mins of drive time the temp gets to 90 degrees, this has only happened twice in sydney traffic in the middle of summer. the water temp doesnt move its in the same spot, my auto thermo fans kick in but doesnt seem to have much of an effect.

is this a start of a mjor problem, im hoping to catch it early

where is your oil temp fitted?

what brand and how old is it? could've gone faulty..

found problem, loose wires at back on gauge..... hmmmm prob # 2 and 3 now

#2I have a GRID boost controller S-DBC, i havent touched it at all but now a light flickers on when im on boost it has A.B.A near it, does anyone know what this is????

#3 my turbo timer has "AUTO" mode which until recently has worked fine, when i start the car it jumps from 30s to 50s to 9m50s, i have switched it to manual mode atm but just wondering whats going on here.

and yes i have checked all the wires lol

Gareth, maybe your problem #3 is caused by problem #1 (just an idea)
