ive been trying to research about digital radios but can find what im looking for.

i wanna buy this head unit for the galant

Will this pick up the digital signals in Australia?
and is there any other sort of receiver or anything i need to buy for it to work?

if any one has links that u wanna paste or answers, all would be appreciated

The american stuff wont work in australia as it uses IBOC encoding and australia uses DAB.

Some markets in the Uk use DAB so just have a look around for one that uses DAB

Also be aware that American AM radio recievers are set up on 10kHz spacing, not 9kHz spacing like we use in Australia. Which means you won't be able to pick up any AM station unless it happens to fall on the frequencies 520, 630, 720, 810, 900, 990, 1080, 1170, 1260, 1350, 1440, 1530 or 1620 kHz.

not a fan of AM radio tbh, just want it for usb usage, digital radio and stuff
