evoMR BOV atmo?

As topic states, has anyone tried this for a laugh? or hopefully recorded the sound?

I thought about doing it to see how funny it would sound, but after looking at one of the greddy unit's I can't see how it would sound any different.

Would it be bad for the unit to vent atmo? or just like any other bov?

I think someone has tried the stock one, but never recorded it....

they sound a bit silly using the stock plastic unit - maybe the metal one will be better.. just really not a defined sound, more like a lame 'shh' as if a pipe is missing (funny that)

What Josh said, i did it once and its soo soft it just goes like sssssshhhh for 5 seconds. Nearly stalls and then off you go.

Greddy's sound better because they have much harder springs. Resulting in a quick tsh or in many cases a bit of flutter with the vent.
