Evoscan tips

Hey All
Just got evoscan, trying to run DTC scan to see any fault codes etc, cannot get it to work, keeps coming back with cannot connect to vehicle ecu.
Have downloaded latest version, drivers and have correct 1.3 cable from evoscan with connectors joined etc.
Trying to scan 02 Legnum
Any tips would be great

Evoscan DTCs aren't great. Paperclip and counting the blinks is more accurate.

I can't say I've ever used a 1.3 cable, but assume you need to select ftdi at the top, and make sure mut 3 ticked. Baud should be 15625.

Assume the cable is showing up in device manager?

Before trying to read DTC, just try logging data and making sure that works.
