This pic has been posted here before with comments about the awesomeness of the Diamond Technik spotty covers. (and they are awesome)

But I am looking closer at the front lip spoiler.
Anyone know where we can source these?
I am assuming that we can't and even if it was available, the cost of freight would outweigh the worth of getting them.

So.....

can anyone recommend any good fibreglass moulders, ie:topstage or something that I could go to with this pic and ask them to make me a mould?

and would anyone be interested in a group buy once I get a price?

Someone did identify that, probably somewhere in the ridiculously large Pics thread. From memory it was insanely, prohibitively expensive.

BTW please avoid changing the colour of your fonts unless you have a pressing need to do so, especially choosing a colour like black which is extremely difficult to read with this background :banghead:

yeah umm, changed to red for the diamond technik bit and then changed back to what I THOUGHT was the right colour.......whoops.

anyway, cheers for the response, Im going to topstage or someone to get a quote.

Update when I get........up...dated?!

Vogue front lip/spoiler.

lip is about $850AUD + shipping. from japan

I'm sure you've probably already considered it, but the front lip will be even lower than stock so if you plan on or have lowered your car you might have some pretty hectic scraping on driveways and speedbumps.

I like the red headlights. If my car wasn't a crap boring crap colour I'd do that.

Anyone wanna swap me a white Galant?

Red Cibies ?

Yep that's a Vogue part. If you're going to order it, get the rear wing too, it's insane !!

Could just be me... but they don't look like cibbies... More like colour matched standards from a red Super.

You can see the outer glass around the light.

No not just you, you're right actually ... I've just been looking at cibies for ages & I couldn't pick it hehe... I actually should have known that, being a Super owner :P

I hate Cibies. They totally ruin the look of the front. I personally find it hilarious that people spend over $1k on them... Those headlights have probably just been heated up, separated and painted. Like the green set in the pic thread a while back.

Black VR4's with the black Cibies look awesome IMO, but I cant stand the red ones. Each to their own!

I can't stand drifting, but I like Cibies. So there.

whoa! calm down!

lol, first person i have met that doesn't like drifting. im proud to have met you

i like drifting tho, s13 ftw hi5 ygoslo and steveP

Nice Corey!
I have a spare set of super headlights that are silver internals, would look great on a white or silver Galant/Legnum *Nudge nudge hint hint*

*Pushes sale.

Do you have close up pics of the lights? Is there any seal issues with them? Did you change them in any way except pull them apart and prime/paint.

I haven't had any sealing issues as yet *touches wood

I separated the headlights as per all the guides around for fitting Angel eyes etc - Heat gun to loosen the seals (apparently in the oven on a low heat does the same job), prized the lenses off the headlight (this bit dented up the plastic on the lights a bit, but you cant see it with the bonnet down) then screwed the plastic inner piece off the lens and gave it a few coats of spray-pac white (you can see a slight difference in the shade of white up close, coz my Leggy is that bloody pearl white. Give me a plain 'Virgin' white anyday!) I heated the sealant on the lights as I was putting it all back together too which is why I think im getting no sealing issues.

While my lights were apart I also removed the orange indicator covers and fitted the silver look indicator globes.

These pics are just from our tassie meetup: http://ozvr4.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5317

I can get some close up pics if you want them..

The fog lights are done exactly the same as the headlights.

Its not a hard job, just very time consuming!
