Hi there,

i have an automatic gearbox and im loosing much of oil.

next week i will go to a garage, watching from where it goes.
I think i need some sfaft seals? but i don't know which side, becouse there are maybe 3 or 4 the at the gearbox??

coult you tell me, where i can order those shaft seals? because the gearbox from the VR4 is not the same like the german galant gearbox right?, so i can't order it in germany

thanks

torque convertor seal, common failure part.

it will most likely be the torque converter seal. Check and see if the leak is from where the engine and gearbox meet.

ok i will chek it in the garage, then i will see and where can i order it? couse like its written above, we in germany do not have the same gearbox like the legnum

Kamil Mitsubishi have a worldwide parts distribution network, which means you can order any part from any dealership or parts supplier anywhere in the world as long an you have the part number :)

i asked a mitzu dealer nearby, he told me that he cannot order parts for a legnum, maybe he's to lazy, i don't know why

coul't you tell me the number of the gearbox and torque converter seal? i will ask another dealer

TC seal is MR967673. you should replace the transfer box to gearbox seals as well. they are MD745423, MD727944, MD743612. Rear crank seal is MD359158
