Getting Close

Hey all it is a week out for me formally looking for my new ride, i thought it was going to be easy as i always loved the black. But i have seen a couple of white now and MMMM the choise now is going to be a hard one.

what does everyone else think?

White because you have heaps more choices with wheels and it will be cheaper. I still wish mine was white. God I hate silver cars.

but black look so street car'ish
and white looks so formal... it is so hard to choose especially when a black can look like this.

Although I did see a white galant in the city the other day which looked great...

Which colour do you prefer? If you like them both equally then I would probably say white come to think of it, heaps easier to keep clean.

Come to think of it looks like my 'stolen from some mitsubishi site' avatar.
Anyone know the deal with those front bar ? as you vote of course.

All German facelift came with that frontbar (only one foggy)& similar wheels.

Isn't that the UK delivered VR4? It's funny that you mention "OEM lookin mags" as they are the OEM ones

Yep, those are 17x7 wheels on the UK spec facelifts. The single fog is standard too.

I've owned a black car for nine years and loved it. Then again, pearl white on these cars are quite horn!

Personally I despise white. It reminds me of fridges and other kitchen accessories. It also reminds me of bottom spec vans and taxis that you see driving around that are only painted simply because the manufacturer couldn't leave them bare and unpainted and white was the cheapest option.

Personally I like white. In a great smile, we show white teeth, pearl costs extra on top of any paint colour but looks pretty cool, well perhaps the best with white, when you open the door, it may look like opening the fridge but thats why it looks so cool~. Taxis are either white or yellow in most countries because they can be seen better at the night time and vans are white because they usually attatch logos on their sides :tongue_smilie:White became my fav colour ever since i got a white leggie

In my defense, I've owned Black, Trigger Mauve, Pearl White, Meister Blue, Winning Turquoise Leggies so far

The only colours I want to own are Roanne Red and Indigo Blue. I would own a black car again. In fact, I'm kind of looking for a 2000-2002 2.4 GDI at the moment which I will install a v6 2.5 n/a into, and if I found a black or Roanne one I'd pay $2k more for it I think than any other colour.
