Hey lads,
Just a quick introduction...... I'm Nick from Melbourne and the proud owner of an E39 (1988) Galant VR4.
She's currently in the workshop getting ready for a roadworthy and minor cosmetic work. Absolute dream to drive and considering whether I should get some work done on the motor or just leave her stock. I'm usually a purist but saying that I wouldn't mind the extra horsepower
Here's some photos of the old girl the previous owner took.

Welcome Nick. As we discussed, you've got a different generation car to the rest of us - but have a welcome template anyway :)

Lucky bugger!
I had an E39A 1990: it was the best car I've ever driven. Unfortunately everything rubber had started to go hard with heat and age so leaks were springing up and lots of other things showed their age so sadly I had to let it go. Probably been broken up for parts by now.

She's definitely a beauty!! In the process of replacing most rubbers and seals Tony and it's getting a little expensive (Rome wasn't built in a day I guess). It's a work in progress sourcing bits and pieces from all over the globe, but will be worth it once I finish her up.
