I had a great day today, smashed my old PB of 59ish and did a 54.2 - SO MUCH FUN

123AYC in 'track spec'

This is my third run of four. Not my quickest at 55.6 but you get the idea

Hehe once you've done it a few times it's easy. The main thing is to remember to go right as you come into the first loop. The rest kind of just flows from there.
