LOL yeah, couple my closest friends wanted me to join in on the Mario/Peach thing they had going on hahaha.. I was in costume for about half an hour before everything changed LOL

Haha well Bruce, I got a call from my finance people saying I've been approved for a $198k loan for an investment property =] Perhaps I could slip one in there somewhere under the radar LOL

For 198k, I'm thinking that you'll be looking interstate for your first investment property.

Bruce and Alex, originally I was going to be buying interstate in Victoria, as there were places down there fetching good returns from a cheap price! But things have changed for investment only purchases, and now I have to look in the West Sydney area for my first property..

There are places that aren't actually too bad, that are renting for a good price at the moment :) Mum has been researching areas for a while for me and herself, and the brokers I'm using are giving the same ideas and advice.. So will be researching more deeply now! Hopefully it goes to plan!!

Mum and I have a list of places that fit my criteria and will work for positive gearing/breaking even :) So fingers crossed!
 
So.. Odds of seeing it this Saturday at the Mitsubishi cruise?
 
I'm taking my parents to the airport around lunch =/ So instead we can meet up sometime after I do Tafe or whatever during the week, or even another time this weekend? =]

Since you live local anyway, I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard for us to figure out something haha
