Depending on who else goes, I'll probably still go. My car doesn't have any defects on it, not obvious ones anyway.

I remember back in the late 80's (sorry old man talk ahead) when we'd cruise down to the Anzac Highway car park at Glenelg.

One cop car would pull up at the exit and one at the entrance.

Everyone would step away from their cars as a few more cops would arrive.

They would sit their for hours waiting for someone to start their car and try and get out but we'd just hang out till they started trying to get people for loitering.

I'm guessing it'll be similar at the Mount Lofty car park?

The last few Hardtuned meets haven't actually been that bad, maybe 1 or 2 cars getting a defect (out of 100+ cars that could have all been defected).

This one is run by Tommie P, not by Kahli.

Cops will or have been informed as far as i know. Just like every NS cruise tho... some kid will roll his Neighbours S13 or something stupid.

Flashing the word 'hoon' at every chance and being bum buddies with cops just doesn't sit right. I swear the NS cruise organisers are beating 'hoon' to dealth more than ACA.

Also, cruises meeting/starting at Lofty have had a bad rep. Nearly always ends in keyboard outrage.
