Hi all, Im from little ol' Tassie and am looking at getting into the Legnum family!

I was on the lookout for a Rada or Maggy wagon, when I saw the delights of the Legnum!

To that end, I am looking to buy a 1999 auto, with 140,000 on it. Is there anything I need to look out for?

Am I the only one that has absolutely no idea what a Rada and a Maggy are?
 
Maggy i figured was a magna wagon, and rada im guessing is verada.

some inventive nicknaming.
 
Oh.... and now he is thinking about a Leggy... haha

Welcome anyway, wealth of information here. Common issues pretty similar to any other performance car mainly, may be a few unique things but nothing springs to mind.

Correct mcs, as you can tell I have had a few in the past - last one was about number 15 I reckon....

Good luck mate, welcome aboard. I think the Leggy might make you forget about Magnas and Veradas lol.
 
Yep, you will definitely forget about them especially after driving a leggy around tassie. It will love the roads done there.:lol:
 
Ummm.... Yes, I think you're right! All I can say is wow, Wow, WOW! Pretty much the same inside as a rada, with the exception of the right foot reactions....

Havind said that - the one I looked at was a bit of a dog and over-priced, even for Tassie, and the guy will be offended when I tell him what I think it's worth - as it's about 3/4 of what he wants, so I'll keep looking.

Definitely a fan I must say! Having said that, if anyone knows of a good one for sale under 10 k with under 150 k's, I'd like to hear from you.
 
That's a nice one, but the whole point is that I want to get out of owing money on a car, so the budget I'm sticking to....

I have 4 on the table at the moment, including 2 on the forum, but the problem is I have to sell my ute first to get said car. Should have it sorted by next week I hope!
