My names Kai and I have a 1999 Galant vr4 Type-S

I have Work emotion Kiwamis in AHG bronze that are 17×8 +35 and i want to know how big of a tire i can get without scrubbing the gearbox/transmission

Plus im manual swapping my car

Those wheel specs aren't overly big. You shouldn't have issues running a 225/45.

Willtheyfit is your friend, compare what you have now.

What if I put 225/50?

Should be able to get a 235/45 on there easy stock evo wheels are 17x8+38 and run a 235.
