What kind of gear do you use in your own car?

I use Crescendo Opus 5 splits in the front, a VIBE BlackBox4 amplifier and a FLI 15" subwoofer.

I'm constantly changing gear so the subwoofer is changing to a VIBE BlackAir soon hopefully and I'm thinking about putting some AD600R splits in the front.

Some decent gear there Joe.

I believe that the Crescendo Opus splits are one of the best bang for your buck SQ component speakers around.

I was looking at the Opus 8.6 myself before settling on Dyns.
 
Yeah they're great speakers. AD does a fantastic job at SQ as well.

Have you seen the Opus 9.6?

Yes, I looked at the Opus 9.6 but at almost double the price of the 8.6, the value didn't seem as compelling (and as you know, the law of diminishing returns bites hard when you start playing at this level of audio gear).

The other problem was that the 9.6 was even more expensive than the tried and proven Dyns ...

I like the iPhone connectability and the USB thing.. plus the screen so it's easy to scroll mp3s =]

So be sure to post something when you have an update!
 
Well mate I have both regular single din units and double din dvd screens in the pipeline.

I'm hoping to have some ready at the end of the week unless I get mucked around then I wont be too pleased :P
 
Oh cool :) Well, at the moment I don't have the funds for it, but eventually looking to replace my current JVC DVD single din unit with one that has a USB port and, hopefully can also be used with my iPhone :)

It is a dedicated car audio forum with thousands and thousands of members.

I suspect that if you also become site affiliated there, you will have a more targetted audio audience to sample your products.
