Help / Advice Removing Centre Console

hey guys, now i have looked/searched (so dont flame me) but

can anyone tell how to remove the woodgrain trim in the centre console? coz there is a galant im seriously lookin at but its got the woodgrain centre (whch i detest) and i wanna get it modicoated in double weave carbon-or kevlar-

if i have indeed been a n00bhead and missed it just point me in the direction :confused:

I don't think we have a guide showing how to do it here yet, but I'm pretty sure there is one at ClubVR4 - I definitely recommend becoming a member over there (about $20 p/year I think).

It's just a matter of undoing screws and pulling clips - nothing too tricky.

not even that, it all just clips in.

the bottom part around the shifter, just use a blade/key, etc, and push the surround up off the shifter surround.

and to get the main section off around the stereo, open the glove box, and stick your arm in behind the air con controls, and push it out.
it should pop out, then carefully pull it off.
there are 2 clips at the top, 2 in the middle, and 2 at the bottom, they can be quite stiff, but should come off.
