help for the dash light

need some help of the dash light...
can someone show some pic to take off the dash light...
i want to know the model of the dash light

have you got it apart now? I found Kieran's article and he had two screws there only, while I had three screws. Maybe thats what your problem was!

still working with that ...

there are 2 screws under the steering wheel , but i think maybe i dont need to undo that .

just undo the top of the steering wheel , but there are something between the 2 screws ...

i dont know how to explain that ....

i will post the pic tomorrow ..

at the same time i still waiting u pic ~ haha

i need to uninstall that and see the model of the dash light.

and then go to the chch to buy some led light

something lock the dash in pic3

the 2 top screw in pic 4

in my opinion , i dont need to undo the 1 and 2

but i must undo the 3 and the top two , is that right?

no, you need to undo screws on the bottom of the steering column and the two that are on the top of the dash as per your last pic.

i am in nelson .. so far

i am successful uninstall the dash!!!

but the work is stall there , because i cant found the dash light....

just can find the tcl light ect...

its the T5 one , but the 'empty' light is T10 ( maybe T9 but T10's fit )

i will post the pic later , dinner time , lol

i think bradc is right ...

undo the screws in pic1 and 2 is easy for take off the dash..

but in my opinion , also u can do that without undo that 2 screws ( in fact its 3 screws )
