Help WHAT IS THIS THING??? LOL

Hey guys just wondering what this bracket underneath my sterring wheel is for. it looks like its off a electronic boost controller or something similar. Anyone recognise what brand it is and what about the wiring harnass next to it is it related to it or something complelty different let us know if you recognise either parts. I couldnt work out how to put pictures in but heres the links cheers lads

The connector is the diagnostic port. No idea about the bracket though

LOL!! I thought the same thing; read the title and had images of a mystery black box under his car or something lol....

As stated, looks to be the diagnostic port. And the bracket looks like a HKS turbo timer bracket; a mate had one just like it.

damn i was hoping it was connectorand bracket for some sort of boost controller lol woild have saved me so much time lol
