Hi All,
i tried fitting a hi vis dash to my baby today but found a problem. All the guages work but the dash wont light up, i am guessing that the dimmer switch needs to be wired in. i cant find a match plug but there is a million unused wires under the dash. does anyone have a wiring diagram or something for the dimmer switch?

Being in a different language it might be a little hard to read, but I found THIS website to have loads of information regarding dash swaps.

If that doesn't help, double check with bradc because if memory serves me correctly he did a dash swap as well, different dashes though

hehe, i did it,
all i had to do was bridge to A4 and A5 points.

it works heheheheheh

speaking of dash swaps...does the odometre reading rollover onto the replacement dash or are you stuck with however many kms are on the new one? the reason i ask is my car/current hi-vis dash has 40,000kms on it but when i do the manual swap i will eventually want to swap over to a manual hi-vis dash and wouldnt want to lose the kms...

i'd say its cause we're not 17 and inlove with fast and furious lol

just sayin

Yeah they don't suit everyone's taste but i was using them as an example only... I'm sure you could find more appealing ones elsewhere.

Change the colours & I wouldn't mind it. Is that a standard wheel in the pic? See the red stitching on the leather...

series one nardi is heaps better then that pajero wheel

evo momo > nardi > stock fl type v

I love that wheel. Tis a lot better than the tree trunck with leather highlights I currently wrap my hands around. Is it simply a type V wheel that has been re wrapped?

That dash looks OK too. It is a fair upgrade for those poor buggers without hi vis.
