HID and CCFL wiring woes

Hey,

So got a set of HID projectors with quad CCFL angel eyes, put them in this afternoon and to my surprise, the low beam projectors worked.
But... No sign of angel eyes working. Indicators were fine. Tried high beams and not only did they not work, the LHS low beam turned off. One of the ballasts (1/4) is making a lot noise too.
Thoughts? Want to sort it out asap, local car sparky isn't in until next week.

pics of the wiring? and where did you acquire this from? perhaps they can guide you on how to hook it up?
