Holden VE Wagon and Maloo Ute

These two look pretty hot to me - the wagon reminds me of the Chrysler 300C.

300C was my first impression too.

The back also looks slightly astra'ish as well.

The ute is pure sex.

I love the look of the wagon! Unsure about the ute..
I'm guessing they would both have terrible rear vision - seems to be blind spots everywhere.

About freakin time they released the wagon, and i love the maloo, but i did spend 20+ years in the county

I love the ute too. The jury is still out on the wagon for me - it looks like the boot space has suffered a bit compared to the current vz model

Yeah they should have stuck with the long wheel base platform for the wagon. I was considering a VE wagon in the future, but now I don't really know what to do because I doubt they will be much bigger than a legnum

is there a long wheel base used anymore at holden on the VE chassis? The statesman looks shorter/similar size to the base models.

nahh it is definitely long wheel base, I think about 150mm longer than usual

Very nice, but the wagon looks more like a hatchback.

The Maloo is just tuff .... 6 litres ... uggghhhh....

FYI guys, the 300C wagon is actually a Dodge Magnum, which has a different face. They slapped a 300C face on it before selling it here.

I have heard the Dodge Wagon called the "Reverse Tardis" massive on the outside and tiny on the inside.
