What can I say, I'm pretty much addicted to my new ride. I feel (emotion is always a dangerous place when it comes to money) like the money spent on petrol is worth it. My reasoning is I got the car for $5,500 so for the price of performance I save bloody heaps without having to fork out for a car worth $15,000+ - that money goes towards petrol and even then its only when I need to fill up. For a high performance vehicle I reckon I got a bargain albeit a thirsty one

Nice to finally post pics of my leggie. Pretty busy atm but will look at basic upgrades in the future. The car came with stock rims so I got the bbs 16" for $280. Simple but aesthetically pleasing upgrade imo.

Look forward to meeting some of you for a couple of beers and just to talk shit about these very cool cars.

Hetz

Thanks guys. These cars are just so damn mean looking love the look.

Chris she's done 147k's. I think I bought at a time when people are a bit strapped for cash here in NZ and sellers are finding it hard to sell a car as thirsty as a vr4, so just like the housing market here used car sales are slumping big time and if people want to sell they price accordingly...I just couldn't resist when I saw the price.

Have you still got the stock wheels? Any chance you'd like to weigh them for me without tyres?

Welcome to the forum by the way, nice looking car. Does it have recaro's or momo wheel?

I traded the stock wheels to lower the price on the BBS. The guy that replaced them did say they were pretty heavy, the new rims are very light compared to the old ones. Dunno if its just me but the ride feels smoother since I got the new rims.

Will take photos of the interior, not sure bout the steering wheel but its not recaro or momo I think.

Brad, I have set of pre facelift wheels stacked on my driveway. Would these be suitable? I'd need to get the rubber off somehow and find a place to weigh them.
