Gday all,

I have a 1989 Galant and am starting to look for a newer one.

I would like some recommendations from you guys, i would like:
-leather (prefer black)
-manual

is series 2 type S the better one?

Which model should i be looking for?

anyone got something to suit for sale?

also, how do you guys go for parts and servicing?
is it a problem that there's not many of them?
 
Parts are getting easier to find, though servicing cost can hurt, a well looked after Legnum/Galant should last the distance if you keep it serviced...

They are exceptional value for money when it comes to bang for your bucks
 
Source parts from NZ or Japan (Bidjdm.com) they will work out cheaper.

Shop around when looking for a mechanic to do a service, most of them out there will try sting you about $1000 for a 10000k sevice. My mechanic did it in 7 hours and charged me $400.
 
My car is currently for sale.
Manual s2 , 2000 model.
white etc , have a look its in the classifieds section
