Here's mine after 5000kms. I'd done an engine flush (using Amsoil's engine flush) before fitting it and been using Amsoil 0w30 since.

Nah dude, thats a pretty standard buildup.
I have 2 cars with these plugs(not mistubishi) and they both look like that during each oil change.
And yes i've been doing this for a number of years
