Manual gearbox drain plug

Hi Guys

Just a quick on. I have searched through the forum for hours to find the info but i cant find anything concrete. I might be blind I think haha.

I know where the fill plug is the for manual gearbox oil, but which one is the drain plug. I have got myself confused now that i have looked around, as what people have described, it could be a couple of different ones.

A picture would be really helpful if possible.

Hey mate,

No pic but i did this the other week, basically the drain plug is vertical (underneath the box) the fill plug is horizontal (from front of the box IIRC).

The drain is a 24mm and the fill is a 17mm.
I can take some pics if you need more info

It's got quite a flat head which makes it look like it's not actually a drain plug, but almost part of the casing.

Thanks for that. A pic would be awesome if it is not too much trouble. I think i know which one you are talking about but I just want to be sure.
