I would be interested as I need some parts, would anyone be interested in buying the gearbox stuff and whats it worth?

If someone bought this as a parts car they would get their money back quite easily.

I would buy it but i just bought another VR4 lol....

Man, I haven't got 5k but I could probably find 1K to put towards it if I can have the coilovers (if they are decent)

cheers

If I was in Australia I would do it... That gearbox would go straight in... $1k from me towards the gearbox

the car IS in australia.

he's just had it for over 12 months, so it cant be complied.

It's also in Brisbane. I've sent him a PM asking a few questions, maybe someone with a free afternoon could go and check it out.

I think its a prime candidate for a track car.....id be all over it like a cheap suit if we were 2 months from now :(

Yep, the ad says its in 100% working order and has done 105000kms and had a new timing belt 400kms ago. I have the sellers mobile number if someone in Brisbane wants to go check it out.

cheers

what do you reckon christian? working tomorrow?

I had checked with the 'Chef' about getting a manual parts car imported and it would cost around 7k so this is quite cheap. Is it definitely not able to be complied??I'd buy it if i could comply it as i need a new car

a friend in compliancing said that you'd have to do the whole lot again but is possible as long as the authorities go along with it, they may be awkward about doing it again.

i will but a few random parts...... So someone here buy it

damn i was going to say i would put in and get the front site and rear spoilers but he says they arent included :-(

there goes my interest.

wish i had the money, i would be interested in getting it and splitting it up for everyone as i have the room, just dont have the cash to make it happen.

i'm pretty sure you cant comply a car that has been in the country over 12 months, and the import approval would show that it has been.

i vaguely remember kristian mentioning something on SAU about it, as there was a 260RS owner that managed to get an extention as he had a fair bit of trouble with his car.

Well I would buy it, except I don't have a garage or a house, or a tool box and I'm overseas...

if yous buy it ill put a grand towards it for the manual gearbox and everything else needed,if yous look at it call me on 0431063401,because i have limited access to internet lately
