missing issue

hey guys, im having an issue with my 1996 vr4 legnum missing for about a second under firm sudden throttle, not so much under steady increase. im thinking maybe coil pack given ive just replaced: spark plugs and leads.

any help would be much appreciated

Have a look in the transmission and engine sub forum there is a similar thread. But the first things to try are clean your coil packs and change your plugs and ensure they are regapped correctly.

plugs.. check the fronts first, regap if needed...

otherwise if you've done 30k's km with it, replace with new ones and regap properly to .8mm
