Picked up a 1990 GTO that a guy was urgently selling on facebook, it's unregistered but seems like there's only a few things to fix to get a roadworthy, namely turbo seal, boot/bonnet struts, rewiring the pop up headlights (the motors work fine, they just don't go back down - appears to be missing the button that's usually next to the steering wheel)
Needs two rear tyres, some bushes in the gear stick, probably a couple of other things i'll come across but I got it for the right price :)
I'm expecting to be able to have it all fixed up for less than 2k. I may even go for bigger turbos instead of just sorting out the one with the issue.
I'll get a picture or two from my phone when it's charged, but I'm really excited :)

Anyone know much about them? Tips? I've been told that these older ones have a lot of issues compared to the later models.

Always thought about getting a latter model MR myself, keen to see what you make of it!
