Hi All,

I own a Silver Series II Legnum and live in Perth.

My mechanic (Phil from Phil's Mechanical) said i should join and that i have been spotted a few times.
I'm the one with the dent in the front drivers side of my front bar atm

Wont post up any pics until she is fixed.

Hope to meet up with all you WA folk sometime soon.

Feel free to post up some of the carnage... it's like the "before" photos before the "grand reveal" when it's all fixed! Here's how I bought Loki ... definitely a sorry sight.

But then again, not as bad as some of the front and rear-end hits that have befallen some Legnums/Galants here so far!

**** mate!! that looks horrible.

Mine isnt looking as bad as it was. The drivers side corner of the front bar was pushed in but i recently got underneath it and did a bit of a panel beating so it doesnt look quite as bad now. Was the first time i ever used a hair dryer haha
It stayed dented for about 3 months for insurance purposes, but there is no way they are going to fix it with this other guy lying thru his teeth. So i had to fix it a little, i got sick of it being dented.

Will find some photo's then. I have some the panel beater took for my quote. Btw quote was $2100 :-(

Hmmmm some condensation in the front light as well....has it been damaged to?

I'm guessing the seal has been ruptured, you may need a new one if there is damage at the bottom of the light.

Welcome to the forum. I know how it feels to have a banged up VR4.

This is one of my VR4's

I hope once you have her fixed shes as good as new.

yeah it is. like i have said before 2100 to fix, including new head light, fog light, front bar, fixing the grill, bonnet, quarter panel and all painting and fitting costs.
Guessing thats not too bad a price.

hahaha yea well you should see mine i might take some pics of it soon and show you guys what it looks like, mine looks like it will be just cosmetic damage but it does look pretty bad and i just need to get 1400 for the excess for insurance

nah its cos of my age, i did decrease it but my ecess bulk standard would be 1200 so yea its heaps, im through just cars but they were awesome with my claim, sooooo easy and straight forward really...

but i had to pay the 1548 straight out, so hence the reason for no excess but i should hopefully have that soon, once rudd gives me that 900 bucks haha,
