I'am pretty sure that SiliconAngel will get you part numbers quite quickly and probaply tell you which cars have the same parts also.

I would recommend getting your CV joints reconditioned, as the bearings can be changed (if required) and rebooted for about $80 (much less if just needing reboot). It takes about a day or 2.
