New factory copied car mats

Hi all
I was looking at ebay earlier and there is a listing on there for car mats for all sorts of cars, none for Legnum. Well I contacted the seller and asked if he could copy the factory ones and possibly do some custom wording on them if people wanted.

He asked me to drop in sometime and let him have a look so he could do a quote for me. He is in WA so I can't easily drop in but I know there are lots of members on here from WA.

Anyone willing to take their car around to this guy and have him quote for a new set? Maybe if the price is good we could do a group buy.

Well anyone interested can PM me and I'll send through the details.

Not knowing WA myself I looked up the address given and it is only a few kms from the centre of Perth.

A mate of mine is doing me up a set.... he told me i should be able to get away with it for under $50!!!! (Plain carpet with no logo/heel press, with whatever coloured piping)

Obviously thats at mates rates, but i'm sure if you were thinking of doing a group buy he'd be able to do them for that price.

I asked for plush black carpet but he spent months trying to get me a sample and couldn't. He has some sample stuff now to show me i just have to go around there and see him.

If mine turn out well and he's happy to do more i'll do up a thread.

For the WA fellas though, you might be better getting them done over there to save on postage

The place Nigel's talking about does the floor mats for factory cars in dealerships all over Australia, so I'd say their work will be pretty good, but yes I daresay far more than $50 - hell, I pay more than $50 for generic rubber & carpet mats in my other cars!

i had some made up.. its black and with red trimming.. no logo of course.. dunno if my friend still can make some up..
