New 2 the forum bought 02 type s vr4 galant from sinergy only about 2wks away good price and very clean condition, really wanted sunroof like work mates:sad: but still very happy these cars starting 2 take off noticed them about 1 yr ago at motorwell but price was bit high Also drive 92 aus spec vr4 galant, and in storage a very mint 85 starion which won 2 trophys at evo/gsr show and shine at glenelg, but been sleeping in storage shed last 3 yrs love mits cars and looking forward 2 meeting plenty of hardcore fans and summer cruises lata

welcome steve when i asked sinergy about these cars a year and a half ago they had no idea and thought i was talking about the early model 4 cylinder vr4 galant. Good to see they came to their senses.

Sorry 4 late replys my computer is toast so using the work 1 when able 2 i will get pics up as soon as i can! also looking 2 sell 92 vr4 once my new 1 arrives, so placing it on carsales on weekend? sweet car owned it 4 3-4yrs going 2 miss it but time 4 change:blush: b asking around $8500 very fair priced and all service records, plenty of new parts and just had major service would keep it but tired of moving cars:cursing: space is the factor and never planning 2 sell the starion so galant has 2 go???

Dont understand how people r buying 96-02 legs and vr4s 4 $11-15000 and thinking they r getting a deal when they have 90-120000kms:thumbdown: 2 high in kms and wont take long until they hit 150 and b worth nothing! adelaide buyers should b looking for legs with 50000 4 about 15500 with warrenty 5yrs! and vr4s with no more then 80000 4 17500 with warrenty wouldnt buy 1 without warrenty let alone with high kms. i bought my 02 type s vr4 for $17500 and has 80000kms service history and 5yr warrenty any less there must b something wrong

sinergy motorsport sell good examples! market price is about 15000-19000 depending on series and if its sedan or wagon??? would look into it better if paying around 14000 unless u know the person very well? although private and interstate sales differ!

You do realise that the dealers just buy their warranties, and it's factored into the price? The best way to get off to a good start on forums is not to bite the hands that will be feeding you

Only speaking my bit, not having a bit at anyone! yes the warrenty is included but would rather pay bit more 4 warrenty and lower kms then cheap import with high kms! only stated wats obvious some people get jumpy warrenty is better then no warrenty and why should i trust someone that the car is not a lemon? let alone original kms and not been in major accident damage?!

hows your fuel marty? i been getting 340kms from 38ltrs half city and country driving works out 2 450-500 2 tank and its still only my 3rd fill up using united 100/10% ethanol works better then most 98 octane i notice? should get better once 02 sensor is changed

Now getting 240kms 2 half tank country, so about 120kms per 15ltrs not bad i guess should be really getting that around city though:thumbdown: well car goes in monday 2 get stupid trans leak fixed coming from the torque converter seal:cursing: top things off finding oil patch 2 but sure oil patch is from the oil plug seal not been put on when oil was drained:thumbdown: and they call themselves mechanics!
