I hope someone can answer this question for me; I've order and paid for my plates online last week and it said they will be 10 days until you can pick them up, I assume 10 working days, so not including the weekend. If this is correct, then they should be ready by tomorrow, but i haven't heard anything from EZY Plates SA; nothing in the mail about the confirmation of the plates or a email. Am I meant to have something about the confirmation? I don't want to go down to motor reg tomorrow line up with all through the bullsh*t to realise there not ready or I don't have the correct information. Can anyone confirm this question for me?

Phone them first and ask if they're in yet.

Pretty sure they will ring you or send you something in the mail you need to take in to redeem them. I wouldn't just rock up. They probably aren't ready yet.

Thanks Steve, I was thinking I needed something like a confirmation letter in order to get the new plates, I'll just wait another week and see what happens.
