Hi there,
where do the rom and def files live?
i have been following this thread from ClubVR4.com but i don't seem to be able to find the location of the starage system you are using.

i can see
https://vr4.foxbcx.net
this ink just seem to go to an error page.
and
http://evo.ripnet.us
is full of evo roms and data.

or is there a different link to the defs i am missing.

You tidied everything up Bill? Looks really good now, much more organised.

Any other changes / goodies?

And I'm still keen for the immobiliser logic if you ever run out of scotch.

Yeah trying to tidy up... Open to suggestions on category names, order of tables, etc.

cant remember what I've done since last posting. There was some discuss on coil dwell on clubvr4 that prompted me to publish new version.

And I'm still keen for the immobiliser logic if you ever run out of scotch.

Might have something soon ;)

Decel stuff better defined, need to confirm if correct. (ie a/c on off, manual vs auto, etc)

There seems to be an unknown condition as well that makes up 2 other tables.

Thanks to @GLen20 for testing some stuff out related to decel.

new version uploaded, think I've applied the correct scaling to decel times.

Also moved some unknown tables into the category they are related to.

I'm embarrassed to ask, why? Well, if it comes to that .. Why not ask the author?
It would allow you to alter tables in ram live this would make it so much quicker to tune as you would not have to write and test over and over to get the tune just right.

It is also a 2 part proces as the rom has to be altered to suit live tuning, as well as the software to do it the software part is available but it may need altering for the h8.

would it be possible to add live mapping to the h8?

I've implemented DMA as I use it to debug/test code.

About 5-10 years ago, i started writing software in .net that leverages my dma routine to livetune, but moved onto other projects like evolving my bench setup to simulate sensor signals so ecu thinks its in vehicle so im able to write and test code more easily.

My own implementation. At the time, wasnt aware of others attempts.

The livetuning app code I've written so far was last touched last in 2012, and uses libraries for graphing that dont seem to be compatible with newer .net

I am not writing in .NET my application can only edit DMA, I did not do a logger, if you share the protocol commands I will add this to myself, the project is open source, the link was given by Professor Johnny above.
