I always wanted this mod for my VR-4 to make it a proper Tiptronic.
Once completed, I ended up driving the car in manual mode everywhere (to the point of wearing the paint off the paddles).
Such a good mod. Pulling gears with that right paddle is awesome.

It took so much time to get the lower shroud right (about 2 afternoons).
Doesn't quite close together on the right hand side, but if it bothers you, a bit more work would get them to close up.
But I was ok with how it came together.
