G'day guys,

My names Simon and I've had my '96 VR-4 for about a year now and love the thing to bits! Even though I've had it for so long I hadnt been bothered to check for forums and one day I parked out the front of coles, did my shopping and found a piece of paper under my wiper with ozvr4.com written on it. Only seen one or two other VR-4's round this part of town so i'm pretty keen to meet some other guys/girls that own a legnum aswell :)

Been reading a few posts and most people sound like they really now what they're talking about which is bloody awesome coz sometimes mechanics and workshops just dont know anything bout the ol' legnums. Startin to have little niggling problems here and there so all be prepared to have your brains picked for information lol

Anyways, enough rambling, I better get back to work.

Hey guys,

Mines a white one aswell, looks like thats the colour of choice round this part of town lol... Got the leather and the 5 speed tiptronic/auto. Everything is stock for now other than a nice little sound system but hopeully change shortly down the track :)

I'm normally parked in either Robina, Biggera Waters or Helensvale but I'm always doing random drives so i get around. I've seen a few leggy's up towards hope island/runaway bay but maybe one or two towards the south end of the coast?

I've had a couple of sightings of fellow legnums here and there aswell...
Lee - Might have seen you flyin round surfers once or twice lol
Trevor - Yours looks pretty familer aswell? You in the Biggera/Runaway bay area?

I'm in Labrador so quite possibly. Not that is gets out of the garage that much at the moment. I'm sure if you saw me I was driving responsibly and under the speed limit :)

I live down at Tweed actually. I travel a bit up the M1 maybe every couple of weeks but other than that its my wifes/our family car.

Stock hey? We'll try and slap that out of it! :laugh:
 
stock is still ok lol... but the urge for more is getting stronger and stronger so definately gonna suss out some mods :)

Trevor - Done anything major to yours?
 
Welcome to the club mate! I spend a bit of time up there too, plus there is a couple of Leggie's cruising around the tweed coast area as well....

Not really, Evo 6 FMIC, MBC, Exhaust and SAFCII. Very tame to most's standards.

Yep, nothing wrong with stock mate. You will save more on fuel and it pisses people off even more when you beat them in a quite Magna wagon :lol:

I don't think it was me - I do have some printed ones in my car.

Was it a hand written note or a printed logo Simon?
 
It was hand written mate, very shotty quality tho lol... Was at the coles in labrador park. I dunno if i was dreaming but i think there was a black/dark blue leggie parked out the front of the labrador park medical centre that day aswell? :confused:

Im always keen for a cruise/meet so if you guys end up organising anything ill have to cure the hunger by havin a ride in yours Lee (y)

Yeah thanks guys :) good to know i can have some questions answered without having to wonder whether or not the person im speaking to even knows what a legnum is lol
