Congrats to the evo/gsr club on a great event. Will be good to see when this takes off and more and more spectators and high quality entrants come into it. The only negative from the event was no announcer telling the lap times but other than that a good show.

Hi Matthew, great to hear you headed out to spectate.

The organisers always use the PA system to broadcast, however Mallala Motor Sport Park had no power to the 1st/3rd of the venue. This, along with other power source shortages at the venue, possed great difficulty to announce to competitors and spectators. The entire timing outfit was forced into the Race Control tower, which was piority being a Time Attack event.

It was a fantastic day for the competitors anyway!
